Our Story
As mother of two beautiful toddlers I always knew that we wanted a natural and tart gum not only for ourselves, but also our children, who often beg for one when see us indulging. Many gums packed with chemicals and sugar, that is not only dangerous for your health, but also bad for your teeth. Hence, we created a natural, delicious gum with a special ingredient that is know for its effective properties against bacteria responsible for tooth decay. That ingredient is an organic raw coconut oil!

Coconut oil is one of the few foods that can be classified as a "superfood." Its unique combination of fatty acids can have positive effects on your health. Coconut oil is high in healthy saturated fats that have different effects.
Lauric Acid Can Kill Harmfull Mouth Bacteria.
The 12-carbon lauric acid makes up about 50% of the fatty acids in coconut oil. When lauric acid is digested, it also forms a substance called monolaurin. Both lauric acid and monolaurin can kill harmful pathogens like bacteria, viruses and fungi in the mouth, improve dental health and reduce bad breath.
It Can Reduce Plaque and Fight Gum Disease.
Gum disease, also known as gingivitis, involves inflammation of the gums. The main cause of gum disease is the buildup of dental plaque due to harmful bacteria in the mouth. Current research shows that coconut oil can decrease plaque buildup on your teeth and fight gum disease. What's more, a significant decrease in plaque was noticed after just 7 days of oil-pulling, and plaque continued to decrease over the 30-day study period.
It Can Prevent Tooth Decay and Loss.
Coconut oil attacks Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus, which are the two groups of bacteria primarily responsible for tooth decay.
